Vitality of the Mind and Body Day Retreat (Strong body – Strong mind)

Loonsong Cottage Retreat: Brittany OvermarsYou have the willpower and strength to kick bad habits for good with the practice of Kundalini yoga – our main focus will be around the Chakra system. A great way to welcome the fall season!

Our journey begins at arrival time will be between 9:00-9:30am

Followed by a Set Your Intention (where we begin the journey of letting go) Morning Practice at 10:00-11:30am

Lunch Break (which will be prepared there) will be from 12:00 – 2:30. This is also a time for you to go for a walk, do some journalling, some sort of self-exploration/reflection.

Wrapping the day up with a final practice along with time to share/open up about your experience (if you so choose) starting around 2:45 – 4:00pm

  • Yoga Mat
  • Journal/pen
  • Water bottle
  • Sweater or any other pieces of clothing that brings you comfort, contentment
  • Sunscreen

There will be snacks and beverages (coffee/tea) available throughout the day.
